Morning Hike to McLeod Lake

8:00 AM (meet at Horseshoe Lake parking lot)

Join us for a hike to a small, crystal blue alpine lake! The lake offers long, sandy beaches, and dramatic views of both the backside of Mammoth Mountain and the sheer granite of the Mammoth Crest.  The trailhead begins at the parking lot for Horseshoe Lake. Please be sure to wear hiking shoes, bring a jacket (it can get cold!), water, snacks, and sunscreen. The hike is an easy 0.4mi to the lake. We'll bring the bug spray and maybe some beers!

Pokonobe Lodge and Marina

Join us for an informal celebration & meet some fellow guests who you'll be hanging out with all weekend! Food and drinks will be provided. There will be an opportunity to fish on Lake Mary (from the lodge), so bring your fishing pole! In addition, we'll have a pontoon boat so that guests can take a spin around the lake and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Shuttle pickup will begin at 4:30pm at the Village shuttle stop (6085 Minaret Rd Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546). Please look for the Hemsley-Lishok shuttle sign! Shuttles will run from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, circling between the Village shuttle stop and Pokonobe Lodge. There is extremely limited parking at the lodge and we HIGHLY encourage everyone to take the shuttle. Shuttles will also be provided to take you home at the end of the evening, from 8:30pm-10:30pm.

Forest Chapel

It's happening! The shuttles will pick-up at the Village shuttle stop (6085 Minaret Rd Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546) promptly at 1:30 PM. Please look for the Hemsley-Lishok shuttle sign! You will be taken from here directly to our ceremony site. Please note that there is absolutely NO PARKING at the ceremony site. This event is adult-only.

Attire: Semi-Formal/Cocktail

Ladies: Please consider flats, wedges, or a blocked heel as you will be walking on uneven terrain.

Everyone: Please bring a jacket — Mammoth weather can be unpredictable during the Summer months.

Immediately following the ceremony, shuttles will take you to our reception location for dinner, dancing and some special Eastern Sierra libations. Shuttles will also be provided to take you home at the end of the evening. This event is adult-only.

Join us for a light brunch and recuperate from a long night of celebrations. We'll have some fresh Schat's fruit danishes, tiger tails, bear claws, and egg sandwiches for you to carbo-load. We'll also have all the freshly roasted Black Velvet Coffee that your heart desires. We'll be under the gazebo, near the sand volleyball courts.
